The fireplace arrives assembled, ready for recessed installation. A 2×6 wall needs framing or reframing and a concealed right-side outlet pocket. A deeper wall may allow an outlet behind the unit.
Have your installer follow the model-specific opening dimensions, electrical requirements and clearances. Overall product dimensions are not the installation opening.

Can I use the flame without heat?
Yes. Enjoy the flame on its own, or choose Low (750 W) or High (1500 W) heat. The five brightness levels adjust independently.
Can I turn off the crackling sound?
Yes. The crackling sound is optional, with adjustable volume. You can enjoy the flame with or without sound.
Does it need a gas line or vent?
No gas line or vent is needed. This is an electric fireplace with a factory-fitted cord and plug. Wall preparation, a suitable grounded outlet and the required installation clearances are still necessary.
