Fits Standard 2×6 Walls
Designed to fit inside a standard 2×6 wall cavity, creating a clean built-in look without the bulk.
A 2×6 wall uses studs that are 2 inches wide and 6 inches deep, creating a 5.5-inch deep cavity. This is standard framing in most modern North American homes.

Product FAQs
For recessed installation, we recommend confirming that your wall has enough depth to fit the fireplace body safely. In many cases, a 2×6 wall provides more suitable depth than a standard 2×4 wall.
Before cutting into the wall, please check your wall structure, stud layout, and available depth. If you are not sure whether your wall is 2×6, we recommend asking a licensed contractor or qualified handyman to inspect it first.
For 60” and 72” models, wall framing may need to be modified because the fireplace is wider than standard stud spacing. A proper header may be required if studs need to be cut or relocated.
If you are experienced with wall framing, measuring, and basic installation work, this fireplace may be installed as a DIY project.
However, for recessed installation, especially when cutting into drywall, modifying studs, creating a large wall opening, or preparing hidden electrical wiring, we recommend hiring a licensed contractor, qualified handyman, or electrician.
For 60” and 72” fireplaces, at least two people are recommended for handling and installation because of the product size and weight.
